Cozora products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Color preference or shade mismatch after the 30-day return period
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
• Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers
• Products that have been used in a manner inconsistent with their intended use

How to Make a Warranty Claim
